These terms govern your use of the Sur Sports USA website and the submission of an application through it. Sur Sports USA is a trading name of Sur International LLC, registered in Wyoming and operating from Boston, Massachusetts, United States. By using this website you accept these terms.
These terms are not the service agreement. Where a family engages us, a separate written service agreement is signed, and that agreement governs the engagement.
We provide education and placement guidance for international student-athletes. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include assessing the student's academic and athletic profile, identifying suitable schools or programmes, contacting institutions and coaches, presenting the student's profile, supporting applications and enrolment, and guiding families through accommodation, visa and travel arrangements.
Admission decisions, scholarship and financial aid awards, team selection, playing time and visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant schools, coaches, athletic organisations and government authorities. We manage the process professionally and advise families honestly, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Eligibility rules of athletic organisations may change, and current requirements are verified with the relevant body at the appropriate stage.
Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side. We assess each application individually and contact applicants where we believe we can genuinely help. We may decline to proceed with any application at our discretion. Where an application proceeds, we will send a more detailed athlete form, and a service agreement will be provided before any work begins.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.
Our fees are based on the service provided and are set out in the written service agreement signed before work begins. Payment terms, the obligations of each party, termination and refund conditions are governed by that agreement. Any fee information shown elsewhere is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer.
Our fees do not include school or university tuition and registration charges; accommodation costs; student visa application and registration fees; eligibility centre registration fees; flights and travel expenses; health insurance; English language and entrance examination fees; sworn translation, notarisation and academic equivalence procedures; or club, tournament and travel expenses outside school. These are met directly by the family.
Where the student is under 18, applications and agreements must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and for the consents given.
Schools, universities, coaches, host families, accommodation providers, airlines and government authorities are independent third parties. We coordinate with them on your behalf but do not control their decisions, standards or conduct, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The content of this website, including text, design, logo and images, belongs to Sur International LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission. Information on the website is provided for general guidance, may change without notice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for the written service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the courts of Massachusetts. Mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Kabul kararları, burs ve mali destek tutarları, takıma seçilme, oynama süresi ve vize kararları tamamen ilgili okulların, antrenörlerin, spor kuruluşlarının ve resmî mercilerin yetkisindedir. Süreci profesyonel olarak yönetir ve ailelere dürüst bilgi veririz; ancak herhangi bir sonucu garanti edemeyiz ve etmeyiz. Spor kuruluşlarının uygunluk kuralları değişebilir; güncel gereklilikler ilgili aşamada yetkili kurum nezdinde teyit edilir.
Başvuru yapılması taraflar için herhangi bir yükümlülük doğurmaz. Her başvuruyu ayrı ayrı değerlendirir ve gerçekten yardımcı olabileceğimizi düşündüğümüzde iletişime geçeriz. Herhangi bir başvuruyu ilerletmeme hakkımız saklıdır. Süreç ilerlediğinde daha ayrıntılı bir sporcu formu gönderilir ve çalışmaya başlanmadan önce hizmet sözleşmesi paylaşılır.
Yanlış, eksik veya bildirilmemiş bilgilerden doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Ücretlerimiz sunulan hizmete bağlıdır ve çalışmaya başlanmadan önce imzalanan yazılı hizmet sözleşmesinde belirtilir. Ödeme koşulları, tarafların yükümlülükleri, sözleşmenin sonlandırılması ve iade koşulları bu sözleşmeye tabidir. Başka yerlerde yer alan ücret bilgileri yol gösterici niteliktedir ve bağlayıcı teklif oluşturmaz.
Ücretlerimiz; okul veya üniversite eğitim ve kayıt bedellerini, konaklama masraflarını, öğrenci vizesi başvuru ve kayıt harçlarını, uygunluk merkezi kayıt ücretlerini, uçak bileti ve seyahat masraflarını, sağlık sigortasını, İngilizce ve giriş sınavı ücretlerini, yeminli tercüme, noter ve denklik işlemlerini, okul dışı kulüp, turnuva ve seyahat masraflarını içermez. Bu kalemler doğrudan aile tarafından karşılanır.
Öğrenci 18 yaşından küçükse başvuru ve sözleşmeler veli veya yasal temsilci tarafından yapılır; veli, verilen bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve verilen onaylardan sorumludur.
Okullar, üniversiteler, antrenörler, misafir aileler, konaklama sağlayıcıları, havayolları ve resmî merciler bağımsız üçüncü taraflardır. Onlarla sizin adınıza koordinasyon sağlarız; ancak kararlarını, standartlarını veya davranışlarını denetlemeyiz ve eylemlerinden sorumlu değiliz.
