Sur Sports USA is a trading name of Sur International LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, operating from Boston, Massachusetts. We provide education and placement guidance for international student-athletes seeking academic and athletic opportunities in the United States.
For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation, Sur International LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

A significant part of our work involves athletes under the age of 18. Where the athlete is a minor, we require a parent or legal guardian to submit the application, to provide consent for the processing described here, and to give separate consent for the sharing of the athlete's profile and video footage with institutions abroad. We do not knowingly collect information from a minor without such consent.
Subject to applicable law, you may request: access to the personal data we hold about you; correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; deletion of your data; restriction of, or objection to, processing; a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdrawal of any consent you have given.
